Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to work in our team and join our world-class community of talented experts.

We offer our customers a unique mobile application where they have the possibility to keep under control and manage their financial resources. SelfPay Now provides ultimate financial inclusion for all members of the society via state-of-the-art technology and highly accessible services. The application digitizes the circulating cash and improves people’s lives through convenient, safe and easy-to-use digital financial tools.

Our Mobile Wallet enables Cash-to-Card and Pay-to-Card transactions, allowing instant transfer between registered cards, P2P transfers, and cash deposits. SelfPay Now is the place where people will be able to manage their finance resources no matter of the form in which they keep them: cash, card, trading assets or acquiring services.

With a problem-solving mindset, you enjoy effectively supporting the team to reach common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Product and Project Managers to apply the most relevantly experienced team members to features and tasks.
  • Participate in architectural design and the creation development standards.
  • Support the development efforts to create new, or enhance, platform functionality.
  • Monitor the health and performance of our platform.
  • Being a hands-on person, Full-stack programing in .NET/ Core Frameworks, ASP.NET, Angular, Java Script, Type Script
  • Discover and research problems, and work with the team to provide acceptable solutions.
  • Pick up knowledge of tools required to complete the task successfully.
  • Understand and analyze business use cases and technical requirements and be able to design, build and integrate a varying suite of internal and external functionalities
  • Ensure code quality (coding rules, style, comments).
  • Contribute to the development effort of the team (We believe that the best way to know your system is to step in and help building it).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in development roles (both back and front end development)
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a senior software developer
  • Previous experience in back-end technologies: NET Framework (4.x) & .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC / Web API, IIS, SQL Server (2012+), – CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Previous experience in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, CSS Grid, Responsive Design, Web Components, Web Worker, Caching and Browser storages etc.
  • At least 1-2 year of experience building complex web applications using Angular (or other similar JavaScript based frameworks) in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Development life cycle understanding
  • Other skills that will be valuable include: Could Systems – Microsoft Azure, Distributed systems, Microservices/SOA architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, RabbitMQ, SignalR, Angular CLI, Webpack, Docker, Azure DevOps (or any other CI/CD), Selenium, GIT, Swagger, Mocha, Karma, and/or Jasmin

 Scopul rolului:

In calitate de Customer Support Representative, vei fi prima linie de comunicare cu clientii SelfPay, ajutandu-i sa-si rezolve problemele si sa primeasca informatiile necesare. Daca acesta este primul tau job si ai o atitudine proactiva, ne-ar placea sa discutam cu tine, deoarece suntem deschisi sa te sustinem in parcursul tau profesional.

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Raspunzi cu promptitudine si profesionalism la solicitarile clientilor prin telefon, email sau chat;
  • Asculti cu atentie si empatie situatiile expuse de clienti si oferi solutii conform procedurilor de lucru;
  • Inregistrezi fiecare interactiune cu clientii intr-un sistem dedicat, pe care il vei invata in perioada de training;
  • Contribui activ la imbunatatirea serviciilor din departament, semnaland idei sau oportunitati de optimizare;
  • Monitorizezi si gestionezi cererile de suport, asigurandu-te ca acestea sunt rezolvate intr-un timp util;
  • Lucrezi in ture, inclusiv in weekenduri, pentru a asigura suport continuu clientilor nostri. 

Cerinte:

  • Experienta in servicii clienti reprezinta un avantaj, dar nu este obligatorie; suntem deschisi sa lucram cu persoane fara experienta, dar cu o atitudine pozitiva si dorinta de invatare;
  • Abilitati excelente de comunicare, atat scrisa cat si verbala;
  • Capacitatea de a gestiona diverse situatii si de a rezolva probleme intr-un mod calm si eficient;
  • Cunostinte bune de operare cu pachetul MS Office;
  • Cunostinte de limba engleza reprezinta un avantaj;
  • Atentie la detalii si proactivitate in gestionarea cererilor clientilor;
  • Capacitate de planificare, organizare si prioritizare a sarcinilor.
