I made a payment via SelfPay Now, but it still appears unpaid at the provider.
Bank transfer processing and provider confirmation can take 1–2 business days.
In the meantime, you can download a proof of payment directly from the app and use it for confirmation.

I tried to pay a bill through SelfPay Now, the money was withdrawn from my card, but the transaction failed.
Please send an email from the Support section of the app to contact@selfpay.ro, together with:
- A screenshot from the SelfPay Now app;
- A short description of the issue encountered.
Your request is automatically registered in the system, even outside business hours. It will be handled by one of our colleagues, who will respond by email as soon as possible.

What can I do if I paid a bill through SelfPay Now, but entered incorrect payment details?
We recommend contacting the provider directly.
After the transaction is completed, SelfPay can no longer modify the payment details.
