• The location of the Payment Station where you attempted to make the payment (the location helps us a lot);
• The amount that got stuck;
• The service you intended to pay for;
• The payment details entered (e.g. customer code, email address, phone number, etc.);
• A contact phone number where we can reach you if additional information is needed.

Your request is automatically registered in the system, even outside business hours. It will be handled by one of our colleagues, who will respond by email as soon as possible.

• The location of the Payment Station where you made the payment;
• The amount paid;
• The service you paid for;
• The payment details entered (e.g. customer code, email address, phone number, etc.).

Your request is automatically registered in the system, even outside business hours. It will be handled by one of our colleagues, who will respond by email as soon as possible.

Attention: If you made the payment for PaySafeCard or ABON Aircash, the code is automatically sent to the email address entered during the payment. In this case, the printed receipt is not strictly necessary.
