Failure to grant your consent in this way leads to the impossibility of completing the transaction and providing the service in question.
Please note that, once granted, by accepting the completion of a transaction, your consent to the processing of personal data already provided for the execution of the transaction cannot be withdrawn.

The e-mail thus collected is not used by SelfPay for any operational purpose other than that mentioned above, not for marketing or promotional purposes.
In the application of SelfPay’s legitimate interest in demonstrating the provision of contractual services to its partners and compliance with the contractual clauses concluded with them, any personal data found in the content of transactions that users of SelfPay Payment Stations carry out together with SelfPay’s partners will be stored, as an integral part of the transactions, for a period of 5 years from the completion of each individual transaction.
Also, the data thus stored in transactions as well as the personal data belonging to a user of the SelfPay Payment Stations, included in the correspondence carried out by SelfPay with that user, may be used by SelfPay, in its legitimate interest, for ascertaining, the exercise or defence of a right in court (for example, they will not be deleted if there is an ongoing dispute between SelfPay and the respective user or the initiation of a dispute is imminent).
