The PAD policy is the first step in protecting your home, covering damages caused by earthquakes, natural floods, and landslides. Managed by the Natural Disaster Insurance Pool (PADROM), it is mandatory under Law 260/2008. The PAD policy covers damages to residential properties resulting directly or indirectly from natural disasters.
